      Player 1 will serve as lead for the foursome, register themself and Players 2-4 with each name, email and shirt size.

      This comprehensive course is designed to strengthen the leadership, planning, communication, and productivity skills essential for field supervisors and foremen in the fire sprinkler industry.

      1. Develop and implement field productivity plans using measurable milestones, labor-hour     tracking, and job cost analysis.

      2. Apply effective leadership and communication techniques to motivate crews, manage           conflict, and improve team performance.

      3. Use project estimate data, manpower planning, and jobsite conditions to create action         plans and anticipate potential problems before they impact productivity.

      4. Monitor project progress, identify causes of inefficiencies and extra work, and make             informed adjustments to improve project outcomes.
