Registration is closed


Registration includes: green fee; cart rental; snacks; range balls; shirt and lunch. Scramble format.

Register individually or Player 1 will serve as lead for the foursome and register himself and Players 2-4 with each name, email and shirt size.

  • Gold Foursome – $2,500

    Includes four golfers; four gift bags; four premium player gifts; four shirts; 40 raffle tickets; company logo on course flag and lunch.

  • Silver Foursome – $2,000     Includes four golfers; four gift bag; four shirts; 20 raffle tickets; and lunch.

  • Bronze Foursome – $1,500

    Includes four golfers; four gift bags; four shirts; and lunch.


  • Individual Player – $250 Includes gift bag; shirt  and lunch.
  • Cannon Sponsor – $1,000                Set up your tent at the Cannon Hole and provide players with opportunity to shoot the cannon.

  • Flag Sponsor – $200
    Includes company logo on custom hole flag. You keep the flag.

  • Raffle Sponsor – $500                Raffle purchased by AFSA-FL presented by your company.

  • Beverage Sponsor –$1,000   Includes company logo on beverage cart, Provide beverages for players. 
  • Breakfast Sponsor – $500                Provide breakfast for players. 
  • Hole Sponsor – $500                        Set up a tent at a hole, meet & greet players, provide drinks & snacks.
